WARRANTY
BABCOCK-DAVIS warrants all Entrance Flooring Systems to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, factory finishes, and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment. Should a product fail to function in normal use within this period, Babcock-Davis shall furnish a replacement or new part at Babcock-Davis' discretion.
- Installation and Maintenance Requirements
The product must be installed, maintained and used according to Babcock-Davis product manual s, failure follow instructions shall relieve Babcock-Davis of any liability. - Exclusions from Warranty
(A) Our liability under this warranty excludes installation or removal costs involved in the product replacement and excludes any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage of any nature.
(B) The following is not included under this Limited Warranty
1. Damage caused by improper storage and handling prior to and after installation
2. Damage due to the absence of, or inadequate, floor rests and floor protectors
