Babcock-Davis offers a comprehensive line of roof hatch products designed and built for years of convenient and weathertight roof access.

• For equipment access, we offer our Equipment Series. It is ideal for installing or removing large equipment through the roof of a building.
• For personnel access, we offer our Personnel Series, SunLit Series, and the Security Series.
• To meet the demands of an exterior application, the doors are manufactured from aluminum, galvanized steel, or stainless steel.

The curb and cover are insulated with a adhesive-backed gasketing seal applied to the lid. To ensure against leakage from snow or water buildup, the lids are mounted on a standard 12" curb with a counter flashing. The roofing material or membrane is tucked under the counter flashing and secured using Babcock-Davis’ EZ Tabs.
